FSC® certified paper
FSC®, the Forest Stewardship Council®, is an international non-profit organization that promotes environmentally appropriate, socially beneficial, and economically viable management of the world’s forests. The FSC system provides an assurance that products such as wood and paper have been harvested in a socially and environmentally responsible manner.
Paper and products, such as iD Tech’s printed materials, that display the FSC logo can only do so by meeting the rigorous standards of the FSC Chain-of-Custody certification, which traces the path of products from forests through the supply chain. It starts with paper that is sourced from responsibly managed forests that provide environmental, social and economic benefits. The FSC-certified paper must then be used and printed on by a company that has earned the FSC Chain of Custody Certification through operations inspections and on-site audits.
