Our Day Camps feature complimentary flex hours. One of our many jobs is to whisk you through the process with CIAO (Check In And Out), a custom app we built for our staff. The idea is to completely do away with lines at check-in and check-out. We know you are busy—don’t wait in line! On Fridays, we hold Family Showcase at 3PM (most sites).

Our passion for service and desire to provide the best experience for you are the reasons we’ve developed such a loyal following since our 1999 founding. When you calculate the hourly cost of our camp, Day Camp runs about $15-20/hour, while Overnight Camp costs roughly $10-12/hour.

Please note: Prices are in US Dollars. All taxes included. In addition to the prices listed above, there will be a one-time Safety & Compliance Fee of $20 per student per year. Our summer camp options vary by location.

Registration Changes

No fee or penalty will be assessed for making changes to a location, date or course twenty-one (21) days prior to the start of the scheduled course start date. If there are twenty-one (21) days or less until the start of the scheduled course, there will be fees charged depending on the type of change made. A $35 Option Change Fee applies when cancelling overnight, Ultimate Gaming Weekends, and CEUs. A Course Change Fee will be charged when changing to a different session, location, or division. The Course Change Fee for iD Tech Camps is $250.

Cancellation Policy

iD Tech Camps has a strict refund policy due to the high costs of hardware, software, facilities, and staff resources. To reserve space at iD Tech Camps, a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $250 is required per course, per participant. The deposit will be applied toward the customer’s total balance. Please note that for Spring Break camps, full payment is required at the time of registration and deposits are not accepted.
