iD Coding & Engineering Academy Held at NYU – Washington Square

In 1999, our independent family company set out to reinvent “camp” for the 21st century. Today, we’re the number #1 tech camp on the planet, with summer technology programs for kids and teens held at over 150 prestigious campuses nationwide. At NYU in New York, NY, we offer two distinct co-ed programs: iD Coding & Engineering Academy for teens ages 13-18 and  iD Tech Camps for ages 7-17.

At select locations, we also offer iD Game Design & Development Academy, Alexa Café, and iD Tech Mini. Experience personalized learning with a maximum of 8 students per instructor, and use the best brand name products from industry leaders like Adobe, Apple, Autodesk, Google, and Microsoft. Please note: iD Programming Academy held at NYU is a day-only Academy.  All other Academy locations have overnight options.

iD Coding & Engineering Academy Program Details

Co-ed | 2 Weeks | Intensive, Pre-College | Coding, Apps, Robotics

Take your coding skills to the next level and experience the thrill of startup culture—all within a prestigious university setting. After two weeks of elite instruction, Industry Insights, and peer networking, you’ll leave with a polished portfolio and the skills needed to succeed in school, college, and the ever-evolving field of computer science.

About New York University

Our NYU teen camp is the ideal location and atmosphere for students to hone their programming and robotics skills. The campus is nestled in one of New York's most creative and energetic communities, and the central location makes the teen program easily accessible for New York natives. Programming students can take in iD's challenging curriculum while experiencing the rich collegiate atmosphere of the NYU campus. As part of the full university experience, students will eat in the campus dining halls and sleep in real dorms. All meals are included.

General Location: The campus is located in the Village, a historic neighborhood that attracts writers, musicians, artists and intellectuals. Our teen programming camps located in New York City are held in a building that overlooks Washington Square. The university's central location and accessible public transportation makes it ideal for a day program in the New York area.
