About Lasell College

This is our 1st season hosting Newton, MA summer camps at Lasell College. Now a private, co-ed institution, Lasell College began in 1851 as a seminary for young women. Principal Charles C. Bragdon helped build up the institution's reputation as a prestigious finishing school, and the college became known for it's radical approach to women's education. Lasell also administered the Harvard exams and provided law courses for women, which, at the time, was revolutionary. Today, the Lasell campus has grown significantly, offering over 40 undergraduate and graduate academic programs. The college is known for its "Connected Learning" approach to education, making it an ideal addition to the iD Tech location lineup. Come explore campus with us!
