About This Course

Java coding can help you to intuit, explore, and expand your knowledge of statistics, probability, and even the likelihood of you winning at cards! As you use Java to build card games, shuffle decks of cards, deal to players, and try to beat the computer, you’ll also strengthen your own understanding of what events are likely, and how you can look at things from someone else’s perspective.

What are the technical requirements for this online course?

To run an online course with iD Tech, students will need a Mac or Windows computer (no Chromebooks, unless otherwise specified), a webcam, and a stable internet connection with access to Zoom video conferencing. Any course-specific installation requirements will be communicated after registration.
