It's not easy to run a business, but with content from Harvard Business Publishing and guidance from the pros at iD Tech, you’ll build the skills needed to start your own company or help fellow entrepreneurs bring their visions to life. Diving into simulations and case studies, you’ll learn from the successes and stumbles of industry giants, discovering what it takes to launch and maintain a successful business. Before you know it, you'll be making your own luck, pivoting, evolving, and starting again, all on the path to true entrepreneurial success.

In this course you will:
- Understand key concepts of entrepreneurship and business
- Learn how major companies like Uber, Etsy, and Airbnb got started, then get in the driver’s seat and see how to run your own simulated food truck
- Practice pitching products, negotiating, and planning
- Create a brand style, logo, and product mockups
- Begin building a project portfolio for the future, including business concepts and a final brand presentation

Upon successful completion of this course, you will earn an official certificate granted by iD Tech, the exclusive K-12 education partner of Harvard Business Publishing Education. This course is graded as a pass or fail; students must receive 75% to pass and obtain the certificate of completion.
