It’s a question we get asked a lot, and also one we ask ourselves often. The answer has stayed consistent for 22 years: our people. We pride ourselves on all being C.A.M.P.E.R.S at heart, and our team strives to embody these values.

At iD Tech, we all work together to embolden kids in STEM, and our awesome Client Services and Enrollment reps are a major part of making that happen. Not only that, they’re a prime example of what makes iD Tech different.
When our community reaches out to us, our clients talk to real people with a real dedication to the craft of service (to use their words!). Not robots; a team of dedicated experts, some of whom have been a part of the iD Tech family as long as 16 years, ready to facilitate awesome experiences for kids.
iD Tech families deserve the best, and that’s exactly what Client Services has to offer. Here, “best” means Alex, Sonia, Derek, Chantal, Joe, Angela, Jason, Eric, Karl, Nicco, Reggie, and Charlotte, the talented, organized, thoughtful individuals who make our customer experience the best in the biz!

Before we move on, you may be asking yourself what the difference is between our Client Services and Enrollment teams. Here is a quick rundown:
Client Services is the home of our experienced and knowledgeable Program Specialists. They are our front line response team for any questions or needs from our community. They specialize in assisting with general questions, account support, and gather and act on feedback that is provided. Enrollment is our new team of Academic Advisors. Born from Client Services, this team’s main priority is to provide unmatched, white glove service. Our Academic Advisors were selected based on their proven ability to determine what courses or programs would be the best fit for students based on their interests, goals, and prior experiences. They ensure students are on the path to success, whether it’s for one year or ten!
Here are five standout ways in which our amazing Customer Service teams make all the difference at iD Tech every day.
1. They know what great looks like—they’ve seen it in action!
Many among our CS teams got their start at iD as instructors and camp directors, so they know what the iD Tech magic looks like!
Not only that, in a typical, pre-COVID camp season, our reps actually visit camp each year to stay up to date and inspired by seeing camp in action. Our teams know what they’re talking about and have a level of personal experience and investment in our campers that’s unique in our industry.
But don’t take my word for it, here’s a testimonial from Derek (camp nickname Baloo), Program Specialist and former camp director:
“At the end of the 3rd week, [a camper] made me a handmade card that I won't forget. He wrote me a note saying "Baloo, thank you for being such a great friend this summer. I wish my school was more like iD Tech. If it was, I would never leave. Have a great rest of the summer!"

To paint a picture: Client Services strives to answer at least 80% of calls within 20 seconds, though they regularly maintain 95% or greater. Now that’s fast!
The Enrollment team values our clients’ time, so much so that they recently integrated an online appointment booking system to ensure ease and convenience for those who would like academic advice.
When “above and beyond” is the operating standard, our clients enjoy an additional level of care that’s hard to find elsewhere. Why? Because they deserve it, and because our teams strive to deliver not just “good,” but exceptional service.
