In Parents' Eyes, The Right Instructor Means Everything

iD Tech in action

Many iD employees, including our founders, have young families. Since the beginning, we've been asking ourselves, “would we send our own kids to iD?” The answer is yes--in fact, many of our kids are out at camp right now! We strive to provide the best for your family and ours.

So what is it that makes iD Tech special? Is it the collegiate experience? That's a big part of it. The hands-on learning with big-name software? Yes--that too. The new friendships? Of course! But in our eyes, and in the eyes of many of our students' parents, what matters most are the personal connections between campers and staffers. It's about mentorship. One-on-one attention and never more than 8 students per instructor. Encouragement. Laughter. Progress. Memories that last long after camp ends. Our summer crew genuinely cares for your kids--it's all part of the iD Difference. It's what makes your camp experience with us unlike anything else.

What are Parents Saying About the iD Tech Experience?

“My son has experienced a lifetime of difficulty meeting and getting to know new people. The staff at iD Tech Camps has pointed him in the direction of becoming a true leader. This week at camp has given my son a glimpse of what his life can be once he overcomes the hurdles he feels are around him.” -Deborah D., iD Tech Camps held at the University of Miami
“Our student looks forward to this camp throughout the year….his goal is to be an instructor, when he is old enough. I can’t stress enough how the staff encourages his accomplishments and how this affects his self-esteem. You have a great crew that does a wonderful job with all the campers.” -Jenine A., Northwestern University Summer Camp
“The organization of this whole camp experience was extremely professional. From the initial contact by phone to the closing day activities, I encountered nothing but enthusiasm and expertise. I think that you did a wonderful job of recruiting counselors that love kids and love technology! I feel that this was money well spent.” -Patrice P., iD Tech Camps held at Emory
“The teacher from last year is the director this year and remembered my son......I JUST LOVE YOUR COMPANY!!!!!!!” -Parent, iD Tech Camps held at UC Irvine
“We think iD is an exceptional camp that enables students to pursue their passions and produce projects that empower them to go farther and learn more. The camp atmosphere is incredibly positive and friendly. The counselors are enthusiastic and accomplished.” -Laura F., iD Tech Camps held at Columbia University

Our 2014 summer session is underway and many courses are sold out, but there's still a little space left at select locations nationwide. Check availability and register.
