Alexa Café (Girls, Ages 10–15)

Alexa Café instills confidence in young women by encouraging a collaborative use of technology. At Alexa Café, actively engaged girls will gain the skills and experience to lead and create social change. The Café environment cultivates a culture of open communication, sharing, independence, and empowerment of women. -Mission statement, crafted by the inaugural Alexa Café summer staff (pictured left)

Our camps and company are only as brilliant as our people. That's why our summer staff remains one of our greatest sources of pride—they’re family. Our selective hiring practices ensure our summer computer programs are led by bold, qualified, and genuinely impassioned adult instructors. Some are established industry professionals, while many are undergraduates and graduates recruited from top universities like MIT, Stanford, UCLA, Emory, and Princeton. We've respectfully created a no Counselor-in-Training (CIT) Policy. Courses are taught by well-paid, adult instructors who have been trained in-person. View our additional kids camps and summer programs for teens.

Voted a Top Workplace in the San Francisco Bay Area for 7 consecutive years, we attract the best, tech-savvy staff. Learn more.
