The Pride Of iD Tech
Imagine…you arrive at camp check-in. You see the green directional signs. Staff in their iD Tech gear. Maybe you don’t know what to expect, or perhaps you’re a bit nervous because it’s your first time with us. Please, don’t be!
Throughout check-in, lab time, meals in the dining hall, outdoor activities, and check-out, our instructors are here to make sure you’re comfortable, safe, engaged, and having fun. Whether you’re outgoing or more on the shy side, you can expect high energy and unscripted spontaneity. This isn’t school. It’s iD Tech. And we do it differently. Our instructors teach a vast range of courses built around products like Minecraft, Unreal Engine, Unity, Autodesk Maya, Adobe Photoshop, Java, C++, Android, and more. Voted a Top Workplace for 6 years running, we attract the best, tech-savvy staff. Learn more.
Instructors. Mentors. Friends.
At iD Tech, we know that an incredible teacher can profoundly impact the trajectory of your life. Our team of 1,000+ summer instructors is fully equipped to teach, mentor, and inspire the tens of thousands of students who rely on us for inspirational tech education and 21st century STEM skills each year. Some are iD Tech alumni who have returned to “pay it forward.” Many are students or graduates of universities like Princeton, Stanford, or MIT. Others are industry professionals—indie game designers, filmmakers, and app developers. Passion for progressive technology education unites us. The desire to enrich the lives of students keeps many of our instructors coming back year after year.
