WASHINGTON D.C. SUMMER COMPUTER CAMPS
Unlock your limitless potential and gain a competitive edge in college and beyond. At iD Tech Camps, we offer summer tech camps for students ages 7-17. For teens 13-18, we also provide intensive, pre-college iD Tech Academies. Do something BIG this summer—develop iPhone® and Android™ apps, program with C++ and Java™, design and create video games, develop websites, produce movies, build robots, and more. Our STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) programs are held at over 80 prestigious universities throughout the U.S., including American University and Georgetown University in Washington, DC. You’ll learn in small clusters with a maximum of 8 students per instructor, make new friends, explore campus, and get a taste of the collegiate experience. Let’s make this summer count!
ABOUT THE WASHINGTON, DC AREA
Washington D.C. is the capital of the United States of America, and has been since the 1700′s. Named after George Washington, “the district” has an estimated population of over 600,000 residents and showcases many of our nation’s most well known and recognized monuments and museums. The Washington Monument, the Lincoln Memorial, the United States Capitol Building, and many more landmarks are considered “must-see” attractions for any D.C. visitor. A number of private universities call Washington D.C. home, including Georgetown University, George Washington University, and American University; with American being a featured iD Tech Camps location, among others. Students from surrounding states including Virginia and Maryland and from cities like Alexandria, Arlington, Bethesda, Chevy Chase, McLean, Potomac, and Silver Spring attend our Washington D.C. summer computer camps.
