1. The cost of day camp may count as an expense towards the child and dependent care credit.
2. Expenses for overnight camps do not qualify.
3. Whether your childcare provider is a sitter at your home or a daycare facility outside the home, you’ll get some tax benefit if you qualify for the credit.
4. The credit can be up to 35 percent of your qualifying expenses, depending on your income.
5. You may use up to $3,000 of the unreimbursed expenses paid in a year for one qualifying individual or $6,000 for two or more qualifying individuals to figure the credit.

Which meals do you provide and what will students eat?
How do you support students with food allergies/special dietary needs at camp?
Upon registration, you will be provided access to My Account, where you have the opportunity to enter more detailed information into your required Health Form. We also ask that you please notify your Camp Director on your first day of camp. It is crucial that your Camp Director is made aware of your needs so he or she can adequately provide guidance at meal and snack times. Is iD Tech Camps a suitable environment for a student with special needs?
We have had many special needs students attend our camps in the past and they typically do well in our program. However, if for some reason it is determined that camp is not a suitable or productive environment for your child, the total tuition for camp is non-refundable per our cancellation policy. We encourage you to call our Client Services Department with any questions at 1-888-709-TECH (8324), option 1.

For your convenience, we have created a user-friendly carpool application located in My Account. All transportation to and from camp is the responsibility of the parent or guardian. There are child transportation services that past campers have utilized, which can be found through a web search. We are not affiliated with any such companies.
