The Content Developer position works out of our Campbell, CA office and is responsible for creating and curating content for our iD Tech 365 division. This position produces the written, illustrated, recorded or live webinar educational content that comprises our online tutorial gallery and potentially other mediums in the future. Qualified candidates will be able to produce content specifically relating to C++ and iOS development.
The Network Administrator works out of our Campbell, CA office as part of the Information Technology team. This position will be responsible for managing LAN hardware infrastructure, managing security access list for local switching, ensuring timely backups of router/switch configurations and monitoring performance data to ensure network integrity. They will also be responsible for ensuring timely resolution of all service outages, monitoring network health to ensure reliability, identifying abuse and virus like activity, managing VPNs for WAN backup and monitoring and maintaining external access for authorized personnel.
SPECIFICATIONS WRITER & QA TESTER
The Specifications Writer & QA Tester position works out of our Campbell, CA office as part of our Engineering Support Team. The position is responsible for writing detailed technical specifications for the Engineering Team. After development is complete, they are responsible for alpha testing for quality assurance, ensuring that the completed software satisfies the written technical requirements and is ready to hand over to end users.
